# Why PumPill

To trade tokens on [pump.fun](/quick-setup-guide/why-pumpill.md), you need to use the website interface and pump's purchase system which is **really slow and expensive**.

Because pump.fun's tokens are not related to a real pool, **you can't use a trading bot (like BonkBot)** to trade faster. That's why we have developed **PumpFunBot**.
